How do I place an order for a custom pet portrait?

Simply choose your preferred portrait style, upload a clear photo of your pet on the product page, and complete your order. We’ll take care of the rest!

What kind of photo works best?

We recommend a high-resolution, well-lit photo where your pet’s face is clearly visible and not blurry. Natural lighting works great!

Can I include more than one pet in the same portrait?

Yes! We offer multi-pet portrait options for an additional fee. Select the appropriate option on the product page or contact us for custom requests.

Do you only create portraits for dogs and cats?

Not at all! We love all pets—whether it’s a rabbit, bird, horse, or even a reptile. If it’s your beloved pet, we’ll happily create their portrait.

Can I request changes after receiving the preview?

Absolutely! We offer one free revision to ensure you're 100% satisfied. Minor adjustments are included at no extra cost.

How long does it take to receive my portrait?

We’ll send you a digital preview within 5 working days for approval. Once approved, printing and shipping take another 5-7 business days within India.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship across India only with free delivery. Stay tuned—we’re working on expanding internationally soon!

We use high-quality premium paper and canvas materials with fade-resistant inks to ensure your portrait lasts for years.
